Ryder Reid Legal have been without a doubt nothing short of phenomenal with assisting in the job search process. Trying to relocate from Dublin to London proved rather difficult in terms of offices offering flexibility with Team/Zoom interviews. Rae was extremely professional and consistent in securing interviews, providing advice, giving feedback and reassuring me of the process. Moving to London has been a huge dream of mine for as long as I can remember and Ryder Reid made it a reality. I cannot thank Rae, Lauren and the rest of team at Ryder Reid enough for all their hard work and dedication and I simply cannot recommend them enough, especially for people seeking to relocate.

I am so disappointed with Ryder Reid. Gemma asked for my CV and was quick and responsive to begin with when asking for my CV, but then when she had received it I sent further emails asking for updates and she did not respond to any of them. I would have appreciated any update at all, even if it was a bad one. Its not fair on young people who are starting out in their legal careers.

Emma King helped me in my search for a new role, I was so pleased with the assistance I received from Emma, she went above and beyond her role, (cliched I know, but so true) often working outside 'normal hours' to keep me informed, at no point did I have to chase her for an update for roles that I had been put forward for. Emma is very professional in her approach but she was also so easy to talk to; friendly, charming and funny. I was impressed at the roles and Firms that Ryder Reid were putting me forward for and I did not experience any salesy approach, which is fine act to balance, trying to fulfil the searchers criteria and also the would-be employers, but Emma balanced it perfectly, with such ease. A few weeks ago I secured a role that Emma had put me forward for and I was delighted. Highly recommend if you are on a search of a new role, my experience was so positive and drama-free (which we all need a bit of these days).
