I would give them 0 stars if I could. I received a call from a lady named Mercedes which was then taken over by someone called Sam. Sam made me feel extremely uneasy, made me feel uncomfortable and even insulted me via text messages. As did Mercedes. Both unprofessional ladies whom were both laughing amongst themselves whilst passing the phone back and forth. Said I wasn't fit for recruitment and should stay in the "back office". I have been working as a Recruitment Coordinator for 3 years and this really felt like a spiteful remark. I thought this business was about helping people?? Worst telephone experience I have ever had. Would never recommend. Disgusting behaviour and so off-putting.

Absolutely unbelievable. I was left a voicemail by David who said to call regarding my CV - i wasnt sure about what the company entailed etc so I called back to learn more. Another man answered in an unprofessional manner and demanded to know why I was calling and who I was - I immediately saw red flags when he answered because of the aggressive tone in his voice and was unable to give me information so I proceeded to act anxious about giving away my personal information. When I said I was calling back after a voicemail he asked me what I wanted and then he said we cant help you with that and speaking to me was like trying to get blood out of a stone and then hung up. When I called back to try and comprehend what had just happened and wanting answers as to why he acted in such a way, he repeatedly spoke over me and said he doesnt have time for people who dont know what they want or what theyre doing and when I asked for his name he immediately replied I dont have to tell you my name and then proceeded to hang up. There is nowhere to log complaints on their website.

Would definitely use again; my consultant, Sam, was brilliant and got me interviewing for more companies than any other agency I've used before. I started a great new role within a fortnight of being approached by Elev8 and am still happily there now.
