        Pretty good library, but some of the chairs by the desks are terrible - they're extremely wonky and I always feel like I'll fall off when sitting on one.

        This library feels like home. Staff are kind and it quiet and clean. This library is a must go library in Harrow. Only negative is that the keyboards are uncomfortable and staff a bit too loud to study/read

        This is the place where you can experience that old fashioned casual racism in Britain. The man and the lady in the reception are terribly rude. I went to the library for the purpose of identity verification for DVLA. I had my original BRP card in my hand as a proof of my identity. Without even looking at the document or listening to my requirements, straight away said NO and the white old man who was with her was extremely happy for her for offering me service. Meantime, she was being very nice to the a white lady who was nearby. So if do not have that so that white British heritage please be careful when you approach her. You could get deeply humiliated
