Ordered a three cheese, pickled crisp and truffle mayo sandwich for 7. Was given blocks of cheddar (they tried to say it was three different types of cheddar haha) and couple crisps and no truffle mayo. And a dirty table because they couldnt be bothered to clean up after the people before us.

Spent a long weekend in the hotel and its easily the best hotel weve stayed in at London! Spectacular service from the staff, especially the lady who checked us in (believe her name was Alicia but apologies if incorrect) and the bar staff were lovely also. Will definitely be booking again when needing somewhere in London. Highly recommended.
