We were served by Harry, a polite young man, who looked after us this evening. Excellent food in a homely setting and dog friendly. Would most definitely recommend a visit.

Amazing night at the pub! Ive come all the way down from Yorkshire and received a true northern hospitality experience especially from Harry! He made sure we were topped up on our drinks and had everything we needed and also gave us a bit of history about the pub which was lovely! Thanks for making our experience a memorable one! Well definitely be back whenever were down south! Thanks Harry

Have been to this pub couple of times before, but never to dine in, so today was an exception. Inside seemed quite busy, but we found a few empty tables right away. We chose to order 2x Rack of Lambs which were sold out. So we picked chicken supreme and cheeseburger: We ordered at the bar and we was not made aware that the food will take 1hour wait plus. When the food finally arrived 1:10 hours later we asked for some condiments such as mayo, salt, pepper which were all empty. Very bad experience and definitely wont be coming back again.

Extremely overpriced, poor quality food, ridiculously small plates :((( Wont come back even for just drinks Dont waste your money
