        I worked with Gavin on a number of general anxiety issues. Previous experience of other treatments - e.g. CBT, hadn't had much of an effect but working with Gavin over a number of weeks made a huge difference. He used a variety of approaches and was professional and personable at all times. I have no hesitation in recommending him if you are thinking about giving hypnosis therapy a try.
