Was told to rebook with a different psychiatrist, but they required EEGs and blood tests from my GP. I asked for a letter from them so my GP would provide this service. Stone silence for a week. I phoned them, they said they would phone back that day, which they didn't. I then tried phoning again the next day and was told the same thing. They failed to phone again, so I can't get my blood or EEGs done, which I only need in the first place at their request.
Utterly ridiculous that I have to chase a psychiatrist up for a letter like I'm chasing up a school child for homework. Luckily I got my money back. I'd suggest to anyone reading this that you book with some professionals instead of these clowns. I don't trust them anywhere near my mental health.
