Totally recommend this company. Roche was excellent, did a really detailed job, loads of photographs, the report was very thorough - very happy! I found this company on google, (after I had a bad experience with the overpriced rude company my letting agent recommended). This company had great communication throughout, are very competitively priced, polite, friendly, and everything was done quickly and easily.

Highly recommend Property & Inventory Services Ltd for all your inventory needs. Natasha is very professional, friendly and did an absolutely amazing and incredibly thorough inventory for my flat prior to new tenants moving in. The pictures and report were of high quality. I'm highly impressed with Natasha's eye for detail and incredible work ethic of getting things done at top quality.

This company came highly recommended from another professional landlord who insisted I use their services rather than that of a high street agent or outdated template I typically turn to. I found from the off, the team where polite, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. The inventory is extremely thorough and goes into great depths making sure that both myself as landlord and my tenants are covered and protected in no uncertain terms. I will definitely be using their services again and have already recommended them to other landlords and developers I know well. They have made the process stress free and the online portal is so easy to use, all at a fraction of the cost of high street estate agents.
