Alot of reviews on here sound like , people who like moaning, and think they are the only Tennant in the world,in their particular block/house! I have delt with Phillip for many years and many other property agents, my advice to moaning people, go try other property agents, see how good u have it with Phillip!! He is a gent and always does best he can! People who say he's rude ,maybe try not be so demanding and rude yourself, and other people may not treat u the same!!! Keep doing what ur doing Saddlers

These cowboys are actually responsible for thousands and thousands of our money and call themselves property management. They do not deal with issues and think our money is their personal spending money. I am appalled at how we pay service charges and when there is an issue they refuse to resolve . I am looking at legally how these cowboys can be held accountable for their lack of action but yet rip us off and keep taking our money and Phil rude , aggressive and should be struck off if it was possible. I wont give up and I am determined to take legal action to prevent these cowboys from continuing

Can you even believe a place gets this many low stars? It shows how terrible and useless these psychos are. Hope you all get jobless for years and Barnet closes your shop down as soon as possible. Get yourself some manner and learn how to talk to people cause next time I'll get over with police psychos.
