        Absolute joke, the agency has left the whole house without heating for over three weeks in January during the coldest month, they arranged for repairs and the boiler stopped working within 24h, had to wait another two weeks for repairs. In the middle of this, everyone was just issued Section21 without explaining what's going on. the list goes on, but the cherry on top when they shared my person details with third parties who started contacting me out of the blue
