Is it possible to give minus stars? Customer service is clearly a laughing matter for Hallmark. They much rather chase you for extortionate fees without any back up or evidence of the costs incurred for our leasehold flat and then ignore email for over 6 months. I am amazed they are still in business.

Even one star is too much for their service. Nothing gets dealt with and they avoid emails messages and calls.

Terrible 18 months asking for a garden issue to be addressed outside my house and still nothing but they take the service charges

I contacted Hannah, the property manager, following a break in to the building that happened because of the garage doors being left open for almost a week. Several high value bikes were stolen from the bike shelters. Hannah was adamant that Hallmark was not at fault and that it was an unfortunate incident even though this is the third time this has happened in the past year. Hannah was rude, dismissive and displayed a poor attitude. She ignored emails and follow ups for over a month. It is appalling that such an incident goes unnoticed and Hallmark chooses to shift blame despite the exorbitant service charge they demand. The actions of Hallmark and Hannah in particular are outright criminal.
