        We (me husband and 2 kids) rented a flat for over 3 years with them, until pandemic started. Everything went well and we had overall a good experience. We always had quick response to our emails, we found always the support we needed (sometimes it was a bit slow but it did come eventually) and until the last day of tenancy, our needs were accommodated. We would definitely rent again through them
