        JMF are by far the best property management company Ive ever had to deal with. Theyre extremely helpful, efficient and have great communication. Couldnt recommend enough.

        One star because theres no choice for zero. Severely poor customer service. No common sense applied to any decisions that are made. Accounts not ready for annual checks, annual general meetings arent arranged. Replies to emails are non existent. A complete and utter shambles of a company.

        JFM started with us at the end of 2021. After a year of the team managing our development I can say it's doing better. A lot better than the last managing agent. Under the lead from Dan Robertshaw, the team have stepped up and took structured criticism really well and made changes accordingly. Everyone at JFM is very approachable. Pleased to have them on board.
