we rented our 1st ever properly with home connection. brilliant ladys always happy to help. they found us property in Croydon really quickly. Recommended!!!

This company is terrible, the staff are really rude and tell lies. The maintenance they carry out on properties is shocking and not within safety guidlines. Workman have no clue what they are doing. Repairs never last. They never clear rubbish from previous teanants or workmans rubbish and just keep promising things they never deliver, it takes years to get anithing done. Don't touch with a barge pole.

If you can run away from this agency. The lady responsible for the agency does not have manners and she is so unprofessional. Take ages to solved simple problems when needed. I have had a horrible experience renting with Home connection. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This home connection is very disrespectful they rent rundown properties and treat customers very unfair no boiler insurance for break down my boiler break down and I report it and they tell me to buy a portable heater and boil the kettle to bath they are very unprofessional rude and wicked they are one of the rough land Lords croydon councle need to close them down mother and daughter is very rude disrespectful and bully customers.people should be careful of them.it's all families work there. Very little for your money and there is no emergency services if you have a problem over the weekend and they don't open on Saturdays so you bound to suffer in the places they manage I realised they did not register my deposit money it is a shame no good managment and service.
