I had an appointment at 12.15 for a passport renewal but the waiting time was so long I only reached the counter at 14.45.I had my 11 months daughter with me who was very restless and there where a lot of people with kids and children under 3 were very restless and cranky with the long wait.Staff were very polite and friendly but looks like there were under staffed only 7 counters were operational.

Horrible place. We got a parking ticket despite paying. The parking signs are misleading, I think deliberately and the fines are excessive from the rogue firm CPM. Vista Business Centre, you should be ashamed of having your parking managed by this firm. What does that say about your judgement or business practices? Although I can see in some of your responses that you believe the signs are clear. They are not. Your signs say to park in the red zone but no zones are marked in red and there is no indication of where they are. I did not see the car park at the rear which is apparently for visitors. Why not provide some signs? At the entrance or by the machines? Normally when you pay and display, the ticket machine is in the parking area. Why put it where you can't park? It's obvious that you are trying to extort money from people not understanding what your mysterious rules are. Shame on you!
