If I could give 0 stars, I would. Extremely unprofessional, very unhelpful, very rude and have odd contracts in place to try to trap you into staying with them for longer. When I was viewing a room they had put up for rent, they made all sorts of promises about making it better - but insisted that I needed to put down a deposit ASAP otherwise they will give the room to someone else. Naively - I trusted them. The months that followed were a complete nightmare. Before taking the room I was promised it would be deeply cleaned (it was in a very bad state). The cleaner took two weeks to come and when he did he kept huffing and puffing and repeatedly said if you wanted a clean place then you should have got a five star hotel. I went days with plumbing issues (dangerous plumbing issues), and when these were repaired, all the rubbish was left outside the front door and when I asked for it to be removed, I was told we dont see what the problem is, since the rubbish is not in your room. The staff have absolutely no accountability to anyone - and the general manager is the worst. Takes a week or so to respond, doesnt answer your phone, leaves the office early if he doesnt want to meet with you and is generally rude. If you can, please avoid staying in any rooms that are rented out by this agency. If you are stuck and are planning to leave soon - please take a picture of everything before you leave - otherwise they will retrospectively accuse you of stealing and will take money from your deposit.
