        I would never ever recommend this agent to anyone. I would like to make a formal complaint against Darren concerning a visit at 18:00 on 23.11.20. I am immensely disappointed and frustrated by the way he talked/treated us, and this shows how disrespectful your team member is towards your client who contributes towards your wages. This unprofessional behavior has also left me in a very uncomfortable position with other parties who are also involved in this process with or on behave of me. Majority of the time he was on a phone, very unprofessional and lack of customer service. I am surprise, he is still in the business.
