Reichmann Properties PLC

Bought a flat off Reichmann at Esher Park Gardens (KT10 9FP). Where do I start: 1. The beautiful landscaped cgi images (bought offplan) are only an artists impression. Do not expect the reality to be the same I.e - the previous old tarmac road which should of been bricked over, has been painted (yep, painted) over in black. They are literally painting over the cracks. - landscape hedges are brown and dead already. - old canopy entrances which are falling down remain. 2. Every decision made is budget. Budget outside lighting, budget reception furnishings, budget access doors which always break etc etc 3. Snag fixing: for example: patio windows and doors with numerous dents and scratches. Their solution, colour in with a sharpie. 4. Parking spaces are so small we cant open cars doors. Their solution, let passengers out the car before parking up. 5. Door Fobs meant to be supplied on completion but now they dont want to, and are even taking legal advice to get out of supplying these to residents. There are countless other issues.. Its been quite frankly a terrible experience, and I certainly would never buy a Reichmann development (off plan) again.
