Best inventory/check-in company around. We have been using many inventory companies over the years for our BTL portfolio in Canary Wharf. However, Square Nest Inventories beats the competition hands down along every single dimension. First, an extensive report is produced the same day of the inventory assessment. I never experienced that before. The report is extensive and detailed. The tenant wanted a few additions and Elle incorporated them immediately. The sign-off is online by both parties, i.e. landlord and tenant. The whole process was smooth and to the highest standard I have ever experienced from an inventory company. To top it off, they are unbeatable on price. Fantastic good value for money. I will use ONLY Square Nest Inventories in future.
