I've been renting a studio through Connect for two years and I must say it was a very good experience. From the viewing where Dino was very well informed about all features of the property and he helped with all necessary paperwork, through Christa who I believe does an admin job and she's always on time with things (always gives you plenty of notice) , also Harry who helped me a lot with any maintenance that was needed in the flat. They were very responsive and resolving any issues in a matter of a day or two. If I could I'd have stayed with them for much longer. Highly recommend - lovely people, reliable service!

First time buyer and helped along the process by Andrew at Connect, who was very personable from initial viewing through to final stages, and always available to chat to if I needed. We had a few hiccups on the way to getting the keys to my lovely flat, but we got through it all. We had a problem with the mortgage application, but Andrew contacted my Broker, and helped iron it out as much as was possible from his end, although it was a problem with the lender. Would certainly recommend, great customer service and had no major problems. Thanks to everyone at Connect!
