        I had a great experience with the agency and specifically with Az who organised viewings the next day after my call and made sure flat is booked for me as I really liked the place! I received flat in a great condition and all paper work was very quick and easy.

        We have rented a flat through Royal Residentials and Az couldn't have been more helpful. Always very prompt with responses and answered all our queries informatively. Would very happily rent with RR when we look for a flat again! Completely different (in a good way!) experience to any other agents we have encountered. The best thing, once we have made our offer we knew the decision within a couple of days and there was none of the silly 'bidding'.

        Az has been very friendly and supportive throughout the whole process. Knowing the London market, I was ready for a bidding war for the flat I liked. Unlike other estate agents, he was very professional and told us this is not how he operates. Hes been very responsive and helped us find a new home in the shortest amount of time.
