KMP Solutions Limited

I am already worried after reading the reviews. I have found out today that KMP Solutions will be managing a block of flats where I have a tenanted flat. I have tried to call them and find that there is no one around at all until next Tuesday and looking online I see that they are closed again on Wednesday. With such reduced hours how can you provide a decent service? I have had a lot of problems in the past with managing agents charging a fortune in service costs but providing a poor service. As a landlady, I try to take care of tenants but it is really hard when you are reliant on managing agents to take care of the buildings and communal areas. I hope that you KMP will renew my faith. Will review again...

I have worked as electrician contractor on emergency call outs for KMP solutions in last couple months .Ghazala is been extremely professional and easy to talk to when I was contacted by her to do electrical emergency call out jobs. I've been with KMP for around 5 years, most letting agents are intimidating and unapproachable and I have never experienced this here, in all the years they have managed my flat I have communicated with Ghazala, and I always feel like I can call or email regardless of any issue, be listened to, treated kindly and feel like a valued tenant - thank you !! x

Appalling block management in my experience (and many of my neighbours). A lack of maintenance of our communal pipes has caused flooding and leaks in my kitchen. No straight answers about how they are trying to deal with these problems. Neighbours also report sinks backing up and leaks. One neighbour had his kitchen ruined by a flood and said he was just told to get a cleaner! There is a lack of care and an unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. Basically they try to fob you off. Strongly wouldn't recommend.
