    I was a freeholder, where we acquired our block and managed it using an agent, in this case RBMS. I have also had to use them as a consumer, during the sale of our flat. I would not recommend them as being value for money for the service. Simple matters (like mine) with leaseholders and freeholders took forever to deal with as responsiveness or responsibility for dealing with issues was poor. I had to complain to their holding company (HML Group), via Linkedin, before they took notice of my complaint and dealt with it. This took months. In my opinion, unless they improve drastically under their new owners, they are not value for money, so I would avoid engaging them and look elsewhere.

    Would give 0 or lower it it was possible. Absolutly the worst managment company. Managment is extremaly poor. Calling them will usually result in them saying something like the "person resposbile for your building isnt in" and even if you are lucky enough to get to the person you need they are unlikly to help. Getting anything done is extreamy slow and painful. Been trying to get RBMS to allow new ISP to survey the building for Fiber Internel to be installed, managment seemt to not care about wishes of the residents event thought threre is over 10% intrest from residents which is enough for ISP to install equipment for free, RBMS's only intrested if they can get kickbacks for allowing service into the building. In short RBMS sees residents as thing they can bleed for cash and have no intrest in qualy of service they provide.
