Absolute Property

Having just worked with Absolute on the sale of my property. I have found them to be highly professional and easy to work with. Helpful and always on hand to answer any queries that I had. Nick was a font of knowledge who was always happy to communicate about any part of the process. I would highly recommend them.

I can hardly express my frustration when I hear Absolute. After 3 months of fruitless struggles and 5-6 visits they failed to fix our heating system. On the 7-th visit Absolute sent an unqualified "plumber" (that's how he introduced himself), who had no idea about the problems we have, no tools to fix it and was there "just to take a look". On top of that the company is lying. Please stay away!

I have been dealing with Absolute for some months now. Lee and Gyles are very efficient and extremely prompt in replies to emails. They have ley my property with a minimum of fuss and any issues with the letting they have it sorted. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

One of the few agencies that doesn't pressure you into buying something you do not like. I was impressed by their professionalism and by the way of handling difficult situations. The house I bought had tenants and the agency kept me always informed on the eviction process. Exchange and completion were executed in a day, when the house became available.
