Things have definitely gone downhill since Sam Duran left the business & I would not recommend this agency due them acting as if theyre doing you a favour. Maintenance issues raised since the week I moved in were not resolved until 4 months after. Farzana Hussain has got to be worst human I have ever encountered in my adult life. She treats you with such disregard and contempt as if you were beneath her or something. She never lets you finish a sentence and would rudely interject every step of the way- she must love the sound of her grating voice. And the audacity of her to misrepresent the landlord David Harouni to me as just an agent is beyond shocking. Did I mention she never responds to emails until after numerous prompts.. I could go on but I think you can all see the theme here. P.S The 2 star rating is based on the empathy shown by David at the start of the tenancy.

This service is awful they do not accommodate to their tenants regardless if theres children living in the property and do not tend to the problems of the property do not use this place!!!!!!

A very reliable agency, Mr David, manager has an excellent vision of what is needed to be done. But the people who provide the services need to learn from him .

Do not rent from them, never picks up the phone when it's about something serious! Had to beg for them to get the security deposit back!
