        Ok so yesterday two mans coming from this company to check my flat because I have problems with the mould ( me and my husband rent the flat from them) all they told me was,( one of them) oh is you and your husband fault for everything and his attitude scarred me,( my husband was at work) he was so rude and disrespectfully I feel so unsafe ,my flat is alawys clean but that guy oh isuse,wie are 2023 in Great Britain I cant believe this happened and wie pay with bills and everything more than 2000 and is second year living hier,they told me buy spray and clean omg ,but his attitude and the way he talk to me when I think I still scared i was thinking people who rented house from agency should help you not to put fault on you because they are not there for free,whatever
