        Stay clear of this company. Inflated charges, poor to non existent service. The took parts out of lifts in a tower block when leaseholders refused to pay overinflated fees. Are unable to produce clear accounts for where money is being spent. Stay clear of this company

        The worst service Ive ever encountered in any industry. Avoid using or engaging with this company at all costs. They claim to manage a property in Taunton, Somerset yet have no one in Taunton that holds keys for access to utilities. This is ludicrous and asks very real questions as to whether Regency comply with Health & Safety regulations. To add insult to injury the people representing this organisation are rude, arrogance and officious, thats if you even get a reply to email.
