        Dealing with David Charles as a leaseholder has never been easy. They are poor at communication across all levels, they make false promises and give endless excuses. It is just all round a very disappointing service to receive, yet they still feel they can justify increasing service charge costs every 6 months. Their role is to manage properties however I have sadly not seen any evidence of this being achieved.

        My experience as a leaseholder having to deal with David Charles property management isnt good at all. Please avoid at all costs absolute incompetent company and staff.

        Claudio from David Charles has been amazing. I had my property with another agent for over seven months with limited success but as soon as I moved to David Charles, the property was sold within three days!! Their service has been responsive and they have managed to process well. I would highly recommend David Charles and Claudio!!
