I was really surprised how my move in date went on. The agency provided a comprehensive welcome pack, so I was completely comfortable since the day 1 in the rented property. Everything was explained to me, when I had additional questions later about heating or bills. Maintenance was done in a timely manner and just few days after the request was made. Everything was smooth and friendly. Highly recommend.

Please steer clear. To start with, we were misled by this company about the lease on a flat we were interested to buy, they then rectified the incorrect information at our request. Subsequently, we negotiated an offer on the condition that completion could be achieved quickly as we had buyers waiting for our property. They accepted our condition and the flat was taken off the market. However, while our solicitor was working hard to a tight completion date, they unexpectedly phoned to let us know that the seller had now accepted a better offer which they had just passed on to them. By doing so, they jeopardised the sale of our own property and they were fully aware of the situation.

We have just moved out of a property managed by Obbard and we're truly disappointed by their service. There was rubbish on the floor in the property when we moved in. When we moved out they charged us a ridiculous amount for a professional cleaning when it had already been done and paid for with proof of invoice, and charged us for it without asking us. I would recommend to avoid using them.
