Its a Shame I've had to Leave a 1 star Review on the basis that i rented a property from this company for 6 months , In these 6 months I expeirenced many issues like the curtain rack falling on my girlfriend , also the bed was broken prior us to moving in and got even worse when it collapsed one night , the company would not sort this out in a reasonable time frame and I ended up buying a new bed and leaving it there , the staff are not professional except one person who was really helpful and responsive , in the end I was charged 120.00 for additional cleaning when the I already paid 150.00 to get the flat professional cleaned , Being completely honest , some of the people that work here do not know how to communicate in a professional manner

I have had a property rented out via Holland Properties for over a decade. The changeover of company ownership took a while to settle down but the service has improved greatly in recent months. This is down to Jorge, who has taken over the running of our account. We find him very personable, thorough and determined to ensure that our experience with Holland Properties is a professional one. We would like him to remain as our portfolio manager for as long as possible.

Shocking experience! It is unbelievable that in this day and age youll find agencies like this. Mould everywhere causing health issues, hole in the microwave what can cause fire, unpaid bills for over 2000 resulting in energy cuts. Youll be without light, water and internet for weeks! They will be entering property illegally without a 24 h notice. No cleaning service which you pay for. You will never get service youll pay for or even basic standard of living. When youll report your issues they will ignore you and wont answer your calls or emails. Esspecially Jorge who we were dealing with. All the tenants are deeply disappointed and we will be reporting this trading standards to Property Ombudsman.

My wife and I approached Mr. Vincenzo Ruocco, Sales & Letting Manager of Holland Properties last May in hope for letting our property newly built by Barrett Homes. To our surprise, Vincenzo quickly found a new tenant for us after we had signed an agreement with this Agent. Also, he found a new replacement tenancy as soon as the existing tenants moved out recently in order to prevent void periods. Certainly, all paperwork and reference checks have been properly carried out by him before accepting the new tenants, in addition to the monthly rent being deposited into our bank account by this company. I must say that their services are totally up to our satisfaction. We have no hesitation to recommend this Estate Agent and Vincenzo to any future landlords who would like to let their properties.
