Horrible place to work. Its all about call numbers and promises of appointments that you know the poor engineers have no hope of going to. Call handlers have absolutely no support as 'managers' will not support them refusing to take any complaint calls .... Large CALL BOARD is on view for all to see ...and you get chastised like a child for taking too long trying to assit an unhappy client!... A very 'clicky' them and us environment. Just horrible!

No hot water or heating again after it got fixed a week ago , called to report and request a call out , booked for Tuesday (had to take time off work) no one turned up, called and got told Thursday and no one turned again even though i called and confirmed on the phone today , we have a one year old and a 4 year old. Absolute joke of a company, dont ask me to email your customer service, you can serch my name on your system and see the notes on the account.

If you want to be left with no boiler after a service, on a Wednesday and then be told the earliest an engineer can come back is Tuesday to fix a boiler that was working before a service then book them if not I wouldnt touch with a barge pole!

What's the point of 24hr service only to be told they'll come next week at whatever time!!! Which means time off for me. If you have no hot water/heating cause your boiler broke then it should be a higher priority, not just because you have no vulnerable people in the house, don't know why I thought they'd be better, clearly NOT!! Shocking really.

Every one you speak to tells you something different. They don't follow through a case. It's very frustrating dealing with this company. I have two babies, my heating and hot water is not working and they are not taking this seriously. Waited for an engineer for days. You will do yourself a lot of good if you try to learn a lot about how to fix problems on your own when it comes to boilers and heating because this company is just incompetent. I don't even know why Clarion is using them. Horrible ! Wish there was no star for them. My children are freezing and still no one showed up for five days. It's getting to a week now. Absolutely rubbish! We fixed the boiler ourselves before the engineer arrived. He just came to take a picture to show it's fixed.
