Item arrived damaged. I contacted by phone and member I spoke with seemed rather stressed and pressed for time. However, I explained that the item arrived damaged, and he immediately mentioned my previous orders that have been returned and said it doesn't happen to others. This upset me, specially when I'm a huge bond fan. I received a refund very quickly which I must is great service, but packaging could be improved for certain products. It came in a jiffy bag, but with royal mail it arrived undamaged as it came in carboard. Despite the rather unpleasant remarks that I received, I have received a phone call today from the manager who was very helpful, polite an understanding. My feedback has been looked into, and hope this can improve the service, as my experience wasn't pleasant. I'm a huge 007 fan and love the 007 store, along with the museum, which I visited last year. I do feel put off for future orders due to the many items arriving damaged, but hopefully this can improve and my feedback and complaint was handled accordingly by the manager, which I appreciate.

Awful experience trying to order a top. I ordered a Sheffield sharks top from them in which I received the wrong size. After phoning them they said they'd send the correct size out. Weeks went by with nothing and I decided to phone them. They then said I needed to send it back in order to receive a different size. I did this and they said they'd received my order and I said I'd just take the top but in a different colour. Again weeks went by with no response. After calling again they said they'd ring back which they didn't do. It seems they are very difficult to get hold of, as only 1 in 5 phone calls seems to get through and I've had numerous emails ignored. As it stands, I ordered the top 3 months ago, and still haven't received it. They have my money, I've spent money to get it sent back and they keep ignoring my phone calls, emails and doing nothing to resolve this. Would definitely not recommend!
