Practice Plus Group Hospital, Ilford

Hi all, i Had a knee operation on the 3rd may, at the kingfisher ward, the nurses an all staff an first class surgeon were all great made you feel very relaxed and you didn't have to ask for nothing as they were all spot on, this has to be one of the best hospitals i have been too, and the food was great...thank you once again Mark Skinner

Had a procedure done here today and felt very welcomed and briefed well throughout. Was assisted by friendly and knowledgeable nurses, who were fantastic, including Adriana, and Dr Ahmed was very thorough and meticulous. Thank you.

Avoid the ophthalmology department at all cost. Specially Dr Zaidi who sent us to do OCT scan which is a 10 scan n he could have done at the hospital itself.Instead he asked us to get it from an opticians despite knowing that opticians will refuse to share records. Basically sending us on a goose chase. N getting laughed at why it cant be done at such a big hospital. Honestly why ? This dr has such a cant be bothered attitude, it reflects badly on the entire team.

This is the best hospital l have been too. Very friendly team of staff, nothing is too much for them, very helpful before and after surgery. Everyone had a smile on their face even cleaning staff which is Very rare. Meals there are also exceptionally good, even just sandwiches were presented very well. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others, and would return there myself if ever needed.
