        Most of the time this is what the front door of the post office in barnet looks like. The excuses vary, but opening times are seemingly random and there's no way to check before setting out.

        I was about to write myself but Tim has left a reasonable review first. It is really like this. We never know whether this post office is opened or not. And there is not even " any excuses for inconvenience it caused". Last week the post office was shut because of shortage of staff. Weeks ago due to some circumstances and etc. When peope are sick they will be replaced at many jobs. I never heard that other branches operate like this one.

        Poor customer service, bad attitudes. On the self service today, went through the steps, when it came to the step saying a colleague would be over to verify, they walked away, no other customers in sight, I was the only one, and they couldnt even get up off their seat to assist me.
