Eynsham Drive Post Office

I really don't get all the negative reviews for his Post Office. It's my local so the PO I visit whenever I need one of its services. I have never once had a problem here. Ever. The staff have always been helpful and polite. Public facing jobs are never easy. They do a good job. Thumbs up from me.

Post Office closed both times I tried, within their supposed opening hours. No clear answer as to when they are open.

Dreadful. Like most Post Offices nationwide! A failing service and brand since they franchised. Franchises bought by greedy investors who have one counter functional even during busy times! This store is one of the terrible ones! Queues snaking around the store each time I go, with one person serving! In an era time is more precious than ever before, these people need to stop being so greedy and at least attempt to meet demand, instead of having one person serving full time and a second person who will frustratingly open and close the second counter! Nonsense service.

I wish I could give 0 stars, but I cant! The worst post office to trust with your parcel. I sent a package to Italy with an iPhone 12 inside more than 3 weeks ago and According to my tracking status, the parcel has never left the store. And even though I went there more than once asking to check the CCTVs still, after 2 weeks, they haven't gotten back to me and much less to parcel force. Every time I go, they keep telling me, "we will check the cctvs by today", but I still I or parcel force received any response. Shame to all of you! I will never trust you again, and I hope people can read this comment and avoid relying on you with their parcels.

Very helpful and efficient staff, can be busy some days it's the only one near me as the main post office closed down some years ago
