        Thought I walked back in time to the 80's. Outdated shop. Seems they haven't cleaned since the 80's. Like other reviews no smiles or courtesy here folks. It's cost nothing to be courteous. It's costs very little to dust down and mop up .

        When you need to send something with recorded delivery, Harold Wood post office workers are forcing you to take special delivery which is much more expensive, even if you tell them that you need recorded not special. I understand that you need to make profit but you have to listen to the people needs and not mis sale them services they didn't ask for
