Royal Parade Post Office

Update your google listing with your proper opening times, would save people a lot of inconvenience. Even the post office websites says you close at 5pm - please get this changed, surely these hours are not normal for post offices, especially as this one is one of the only ones in the area. Very, very unhelpful. Update - I went back today to try and get my parcel sent. I was told before Id even managed to ask for what service i needed that 1. They dont take big parcels (mine was a Royal Mail Return so should have been fine) and 2. They had run out of labels for printing (heard this one before from them). Shocking service, how are they even called a post office. Taking my parcels in future to other post offices. :(

Completely unreliable and unsuitable opening hours if you have a job, and when they can be bothered to open it the staff are very dismissive. Do not assume it will be open, best to plan to go elsewhere.

I got there at 9.45 this morning as I was aware of the afternoon closing. The counters were closed.

Vey out of date post office with not so friendly staff. The opening hours also not based on national post office standards and is probably based on their own preferences.this post office should cover a large community in Kew area and should have an upgrade in everything.

If you ain't local, do not enter as you will be humiliated and quite rightly so with some customers! This is a service for the purist. Only loses a star due to short opening hours and lack of things for sale in the shop.
