Uxbridge Road (107) Post Office

Unfortunately the lady is really rude, most of the time. She sometimes is even rude with my two little kids. It is horrible as I need to use the service frequently and the quality of customer service is so low.

Greeted the teller, who blithely ignored me, even though she saw me step in front of her counter. I greeted her again, and wanted to put my mail on the counter. It was then she acknowledged my presence telling me to wait she was doing something. Note, no salutation back or polite request to PLEASE wait while she was doing what she was doing. I waited while I monitored the next bus, which was no 7 minutes away. After 6 minutes I told her I just want to post my prepaid post, and my bus was coming. Again an airy; oh you have a bus to catch, well I have to do this. I could have waited I guess, but it was the lack of professionalism and manners for me. WORST POST OFFICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!
