        Been using Harlesden post office for over 5 years Brenda and the rest of staff are very helpful with old and valuable clients and my mum is very happy with the service.. keep up good work and thank you

        Strange post office. So many counters but never more than 2-3 people working on them even during busiest times where the queue is to the door. You can bring 5 envelopes that are all the same, weigh the same, yet theyll painstakingly slowly put every single one through the size guide. Why? Despite being a fairly large post office, they wouldnt change a 10 note into pound coins for me. I understand this varies branch to branch but I find it irritating that this one doesnt considering theres no banks in the area that would do this for you.
