Hamsey Green Post Office

Amazing customer service, very polite and helpful staff member. After I asked if he can take all my parcels (as I was refused at Warlingham) he was like no problem at all and said he's had many complaints about the staff at the other branch. He advised me on delivery times and strikes which was very helpful. Will definitely make this my local PO when needed. Cheers

Opened 10 minutes late, tried to return parcels from pre paid barcodes, was told I can only use a barcode once for 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 parcels then I told him he can do it , he made a mistake and printed 2 barcodes. Then he told he he gave receipts when I fact he didn't and I had to tell him I can see my receipt on the desk his side. No apologies, rude and uninformed of how to do his job properly !!!!!!

How lucky are we to have the post office at Hamsey Green CoOp, the staff are always polite and helpful, our local HSBC is Oxted and I cant take a day off work just to get some banking sorted out so Hamsey Green post office to the rescue.
