Philpot Street Postoffice

The quantity of negative reviews are in alignment with the experience I had in this place. I went there and asked for was a small amount of a tape as I need to pack my parcel which cost hardly 2p however to them however they refused. All other post offices in the country happily gave cellotape when ask for it. Also when I tried to explain this one of the guys was saying I was arguing with them. They could have been more reasonable. Very unprofessional and no idea of customer service.

Its a post office, it provides a service and a good one at that. I dont understand how it can get bad reviews. Except perhaps from the numerous customers Ive seen be rude and abusive to the staff over the years. Keep up the good work Philpott Street Post office!

They need a total reorganisation of the layout and declutter the store. Staff are lovely! But the store needs a revamp and make space so people queue inside, instead of on the streets.

I go in here often, and it's such a friendly and efficient place. Everyone in there always has time for a smile and a friendly comment while still managing to serve you quickly. Today, I had a couple of complex deliveries to the States to sort out, but Sanjay made it easy. As well as being a brilliant Post Office, it's a kind of community hub. We're so lucky to have it. Thank you to the team there!

Always a pleasant experience when I enter this post office there all sooo helpful and I dont see what the other reviews on here are talking about seriously one of the best managed places to get your post stuff sorted effectively and efficiently, Im always treated with lots of respect and dealt in a very professional manner no issues for me keep up the great work
