        Popped in to post something on my way to somewhere. The one employee in the post office told me she was having a break and would be back in 25 minutes, as if that was a reasonable amount of time to expect someone to wait. Not sure you would get away with this in any other job - avoid this post office if you need anything posted on a Saturday afternoon.

        Very pleasant attendant but told me my parcel wouldnt arrive on time if I posted first class on Friday for Saturday delivery in uk in time for Mothers Day. Politely discussed that I sent a gift every year for last 30 years on this timescale and Royal Mail have never let me down. Just to say this year didnt disappoint and the gift arrived on Saturday at 10.21am. For future customers - never pay more than first class delivery and to the attendant working on Friday - I told you it would get there
