Terrible service everytime l have been in there has been a long queue. Last visit 9 people in front of me. One person on counter so slow sauntering around the business centre as though she had all the time in the world. Another member sauntered in after 15 mins just as slow and very rude to the customers.

Never in my life was I refused service because I'm mentally ill but Yogeswary there was happy to demand proof that I am mentally ill before speaking faster in order to get me out faster. That was in December. Yesterday, she refused me again. I came today with more documents than I needed but still, the mentally ill white woman is wrong. So my husband went, she started to do the service I'd tried to get her doing but threw it all back at my husband when he pointed out that his documents were good enough for him but with me and my passport and my letters, they're not good... she's not doing it for us so no electricity or heating for us tomorrow until I find a post office that will help me. How great in Great Britain 2023 that people are free to be rude, discriminate and all under the glorious name of the Post Office. Wow.... they watched me cry, made comments to the customers so much so that some stared at me instead of trying to help us. Wonderful service!

if you like being spoken to like a piece of S@$t then go to this post office, the rudest most unhelpfeul person i have ever had the misfortune to deal with. went in to do a CRB online ID check, and was taken aback by the level of contempt the woman behind the business counter had for, then bassicaly threw my paper work back at me when finished. She should not be dealing with members of the public.

Listed as a driving license renewal branch, wasted journey as they don't do it yet.
