        Since Ivor left, its gone downhill. If the new manager (tall guy) isn't there, the waiting times are ridiculous I like to come here as it's convenient but may need to reconsider somewhere else now

        So rude. I had to tell the guy he shouldn't work with people as he clearly has no customer service skills whatsoever. Can't stand rude people, it's so uncalled for. I asked him if he was in a rush to go home and he said yes, still there's no need to be so rude.
