Would not accept a return even though they were open. When asking for an explanation, the guy at the till was more concerned with whether I was videoing the conversation (perhaps I should have) rather than being helpful.

Each time I go to this post office I dread dealing with the young rude man cause there is always a non issue. This time he wldnt except my stapled envelope and made me remove them. I sent stapled letters and packages several times recently so was puzzled his excuse the machine won't take it????. I ltr asked the sorting office around the corner whether there is an issue with stapled envelopes and surprise,surprise nope they accept stapled envelopes/packages. Because I wldnt move to the side and took out the staples from his booth he refused to post my letter registered post and dealt with the que, which I wld have to go behind if I moved. He said I'm rude I sld move when he tells me. I told him I have to get back to my disabled mum in a hurry and I've done nothing rude by not leaving the que . I've had to post it in a box, I'm never going to this post office or the unhelpful staff in the shop part of Nisa newsagent. The usual guys I deal with were not the between 12pm and 12.45pm, and said they don't know who the manager is I must come back at 4pm. Like the previous reviewer said why be in a service industry if you have no manners. For a young man to deal with an elderly woman like me this way and lie about accepted packages, he definitely as issues and sld be removed from that position immediately. AB SW25DF

Tuesday, 03/01/2023. Post office should open at 9 am. I was there at 9:35. Light was off, post office was shut down. This is a complete joke. Was it closed because you sacked all this useless staff working there or because they didn't show up to work being on strike yet again?

Awful. Do not use this post office. Pretty sure they steal parcels - high value item of mine delivered there tracked through DPD. Claimed they couldnt find it, incredibly rude, refused to provide any details. Woman who works there is very suspicious
