        Low quality and indecent people. Seems like they hate their job. Customer service is not just bad but disgusting. People working here yell at you and do not have respect for clients. So sad for such a nice area like Swiss Cottage - nice area but the post office makes me feel as if I was in a rough area.

        Understaffed, especially for such a central location.

        Lady very slow behind the counter. They need at least one more person. Self checkouts are switched off all times. I only wanted to send a letter and had to queue 20 minutes. Please cancel the license and give it to someone else who care about the costumers not only the maximum profit.
