Happy with the service provided by this plumbing company. The plumber was a little behind time but, rang to let me know. He was very pleasant and professional and did an efficient job. Very pleased with the whole process, from the first call to the completed work. Would recommend.

Had a serious toilet problem; we got a same day response, they identified the problem and gave me a temporary fix. They returned promptly next day with replacement parts and and completed a permanent repair quickly and efficiently. The Plumber was terrific; friendly, helpful, took me through the whole problem so I knew exactly what was going on. All in all a very good service.

Had an engineer from this Plumber company to my flat this week to carry out a boiler service and Landlords Gas Safety check. Very efficient service indeed, on time and left everything in ship shape, even cleaned where he worked (covid clean). I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I called this plumbing company about my plumbing problem, I received a quote for the diagnosis and the repair which I accepted. The Plumber was brilliant, professional and worked covid safe the full length of time he was in our flat. Our flat and water system is not easy and although this took him a good three hours to repair and restore the water there was no mention of additional costs and he did everything he could to get it back up and running. Great service and I would not hesitate to use them again.

We recently used this Plumbing firm for the first time after having had a disappointing experience in the past with other local plumbers - this was a real difference! It was very easy to arrange the appointment and on the day we were kept advised of the timescales - The plumber was running late due to traffic - but I was called twice: once by the office and once by the plumber on route to let me know. When he did arrive he had a mask on and explained in detail what the problems was and the options to fix it. We got the work done and we are very happy with the results. Would recommend.
