On the first visit to assess the works to be done they went above and beyond to make sure I had the best quality solution for my budget and needs, they explained each step of the work and what they also need to do to meet all regulations very clearly having done my own research I was instantly put at ease.
They came back with a competitive price the very next morning and the work was booked in. On the day of installation they were prompt, organised and courteous, evidently knew exactly what they were doing, competing all the work in good time and to a high standard, Im very pleased with the new boiler and its a weight off my mind.
