        Ive been hugely impressed by Joe the couple of times Ive used him recently - hes been very responsive, friendly and professional, as well as being clear in his explanations and recommendations. In particular I was hugely grateful when Joe was able to remotely guide me through a heating issue and provide a temporary solution until a part becomes available - he took half an hour of his evening to guide me, including sending photos and clear instructions. Would definitely recommend.

        Our boiler blew up on the coldest day of the year and Joe was incredibly helpful and responsive from the start. Quote was very reasonable, amongst the cheapest we had, and he bent over backwards to fit us in before Xmas (most others wouldn't do it until after) even though he was fully booked. Fast forward 2 days and Joe was with us to fit the new system. Highly professional and clearly knew his stuff. Very friendly and took the time to explain all the options. Would definitely recommend, and thanks for rescuing us! Services: Water heater installation, Heating system installation
