A truly amazing service, delivered at a very short notice between Christmas and New Year. Nelson turned up on time and then went on to do exactly what he said he will do - changed the dead boiler, resent the system, flushed the pipes and radiators and left us with a very warm house ready for New Year's dinner. Talking not just like homeowners but as as an Architect and Structural Engineer couple with 30+ years in building industry, a fantastic service indeed. Service: Heating system repair

Nelson is a fantastic plumber and gas engineer and got us out of a pickle with a leaky boiler in a house we'd just moved into. He single-handedly dismantled the old boiler, disposed of it, fitted a new one, complete with new flue and all relevant installation components (and got us an extended warranty in the process), took care of installing a smart thermostat, pairing the two, and also later helped us out with replacing our older radiators with brand new ones. We've also relied on him for odd plumbing jobs and in every instance he has been reliable, responsive, timely and professional. We highly recommend him.
